The Brookhaven College Art Department is pleased to present the exhibition Nancy Willis, Conflict Zone: Bridging Communities Through Printmaking during the 2019 Southern Graphics Council International printmaking conference. Conflict Zone is a response to the genocide of Yazidis in Northern Iraq, and the enslavement of Yazidi women. The prints in Conflict Zone are the result of a collaboration between California artist Nancy Willis, and a group of Yazidis from Northern Iraq creating monotypes about their daily lives.

A reception with the artist is March 8, 1;00 – 3:00 PM.
Exhibitions, gallery lectures, and receptions are free and open to the public.
