Join the UNT Texas Fashion Collection and The Goss-Michael Foundationfor a panel discussion focusing on the perspectives of collectors, designers, retailers, and curators, all of whom create a unique environment for fashion to thrive as an art. We thank our presenters for graciously participating:

Ken Downing, Senior Vice President and Fashion Director of Neiman Marcus and curator of the Future Fashion Collection, several ensembles from which are included in the exhibition "On Bodies"

Nancy Chritton Rogers, patron of the fashion arts and Dallas philanthropist

Charles Smith II, fashion designer, founder of Smith II, and creator of the "Do Not Touch" ensemble featured in the exhibition "On Bodies"

The panel is part of programming relating to the exhibition "On Bodies: Highlights from the UNT Texas Fashion Collection and The Goss-Michael Foundation," a collaboration that features high fashion and contemporary British fine art from the institutions' permanent collections. Exploring the ways in which embodies experiences impact our understanding of the world, this exhibition highlights artist and designers' interpretations of the human form. The exhibition is on view at The Goss-Michael Foundation through Thursday, March 1.
