The University of North Texas Printmaking Area is
pleased to announce the exhibition of prints by seventeen printmaking BFA Seniors. Pretty in Ink: the BFA
Printmaking Senior Exhibition will be on display November 17-21 in the UNT
College of Visual Arts and Design (CVAD) Lightwell Gallery. The exhibition will
highlight the printmaking accomplishments of first and second semester
printmaking students. Senior work will include printmaking techniques such as
relief, intaglio, screenprint, lithography, monotype, and mixed media. These
artworks represent the differences in both aesthetics and subject matter of
these eighteen students in one exhibition. The artists include Francisco Alvarado, Christopher Aparicio, Annavittoria Conner, Jaime Durham, Amy Fillipp, Eileen Fritz,
J. Leigh Garcia, Natalya Hutchinson, Willie Johnson, Nicholas Luevano, Ryan
Melott, Samantha Neel, Eric Opsahl, Lisa Ray, Michael Slack,
Hannah Taylor, and Kelcey Williams.
