PrintAustin is a month-long event celebrating the art of original printmaking, educating the public about the traditions of printmaking as well as showcasing the innovations of the contemporary approach.
The second annual PrintAustin will take place January 15 to February 15, 2015.

UNT was well-represented in the first PrintAustin. Jaime Durham and Melody Vaughan received Raupe Travel Grants to participate in the 2014 Flatbed Contemporary Print Fair in Austin, Texas. They helped represent P.R.I.N.T Press at the fair and assisted Professor Lari Gibbons' Fab! Print Lab demonstration. Printmaking students Leigh Garcia and alumna Laura Drapac also participated, representing the press and assisting the demonstration.
