BFA Majors are required to mat two works on paper to professional standards as part of their Mid Point Reviews.

What to Bring:
Mat
Board or Rag
Board, white or off-white, NO colors, NO black, NO grays. Minimal texture. 1/16” thick or thicker. Your window matt must be at least 6.25” wider
on each side than the image and 6.75 taller than the image. The quality is your choice (“archival,” or
“acid-free”). Keep this clean and
undamaged. Come to the demo with this

Foam
Core Board
or Mat Board for the backing board, white or off-white, No colors.

for cutting mats will be provided.

adhesive linen tape or PVA glue will be provided.

cutter for the workshop (only available during the workshop.)
