Relief students collaborate

Team of students collaborating on a large print
Students in this semester's Relief class kicked off the spring semester with a collaborative project in which they printed linoleum blocks on a variety of surfaces, including fabric and paper.

Their teamwork enabled them to make large-scale work and, in some cases, ambitious multi-run prints during the first few weeks of the semester. Prints of this size and complexity might not have been possible had each student worked independently on their own project.

Student work from several printmaking classes are hanging in the hallways of Hickory Hall. Come check it out! More pictures of our collaboration after the jump!
